It has come to light that many black girls have felt inferior because of the colour of their skin. I too have had to look deep within and unearth some hidden lies that have shaped my thinking and stopped me from being EVERYTHING I was destined to be.
Around 2 years ago I truly rediscovered the light of Jesus Christ, a faith that celebrates ALL people, where we are all brothers and sisters and one in Christ.
That being said it’s ever so important to unlearn every lie you have believed and take hold of the TRUTH, so this is To every black girl that has felt inferior because of the colour of her skin.
To every black girl that felt intimidated to speak up because of the colour of her skin.
To every black girl who stopped herself from pursuing her deepest desires for fear that she wouldn’t be accepted because of the colour of her skin.
This is for you!!! Rebuild your life on the word of God, destroy the mental pillars that have been created by the false voice of racism.
